Fund Description

span style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial;font-size:9.00pt;margin-left:0%;"The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the securities that comprise the Index. The Fund, using an indexing investment approach, attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Index is developed, maintained and sponsored by Nasdaq, Inc. (the /spanspan style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial;font-size:9.00pt;font-style:italic;"“Index Provider”/spanspan style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial;font-size:9.00pt;").
